The backpedal of the year
Me (she who formerly couldn't pump even two ounces of breast milk): Here are two bottles of fresh milk going into the fridge.
JP: Two bottles?! Holy cow!
Me: (dirty look)
JP: I mean ... sorry, wrong choice of words....

I'm sure there are times you feel like a milk cow. Something about lactation makes me feel I'm all about production. You made me chuckle.
lol! I pumped exclusively for 14 months for Evan and I sure did feel like a cow.
Moo! I'm pumping as I write this.
Hee! Better than "holy crap", right?
Well, no. I guess not.
:)
Oh yes, that cow feeling. I pumped exclusively too (only 2.5 months). I called myself Betsy the cow.
I only WISH I could have pumped that much milk! I think the most I got each time I pumped was less than 3 oz, from both udders!
Mamacita Tina, you've got serious talent to be pumping and typing on the pooter at the same time.
Ha ha! Oh no! And poor you! I've soooooo been there! BTW, I LOVE you blog design! I'm impressed that you're a published author!!!! Would love to know more about that! And THANKS for dropping by my blog the other day. I'm slow lately about getting by to the comments left, but just wanted to say welcome! Hope to hear from you again!
LOL. Boob humor is always funny.
Ah - ain't pumping grand?? Good for you for pumping two bottles! It's amazing when you finally get your milk going... I pumped for 3 months at work with a hand pump - yes, because I really was too cheap to pay for an electric and I still could pump 7 ounces at a sitting.
I remember the first time I pumped with my first baby and I thought it was the best invention ever!
Ha! Well I suppose it could have been worse. It could have been "holy fat breastfeeding woman" which, you know, really would have been insulting.
OOPs! I didn't realize that that post about the tree was a blog exchange! Guess I should read more carefully. ;)
