Wardrobe Wednesday
What I'd wear today if I could: this outfit by Banana Republic. Most of the time, I'm in jeans and a tee anyway (or shorts and a tank top when it's warm). Aren't a lot of moms? The addition of the belt and the cool bag makes this casual look more pulled-together, and the necklace is a nice touch. You could dress the outfit down with more casual shoes if you wanted to, and you could wear this outfit a lot of places.

I agree it is nice, but I would look horrible in that outfit. It is definitely for pencil thin girls (not ones with hips like I have).
Really? I guess I was hoping the long length of the tee and the addition of the belt would hide hips! ;)
Now, is that an "if I could" as in "size" or as in "lug myself to the mall"... because for me, those jeans would do nothing but crucify my curvy (chubby) bod!

Okay, I love this. Not so sure how it would look on me, since I think the biggest part of my body is my hips. I saw on Oprah that a nice way to look oh-so-teeny tiny is so have a belt cinch your waist (on most women, it's their smallest area), but with this t-shirt it might look funny.
I wore a shirt like that today but with long sleeves, and it *did* hide the hips (and the baby weight) that's still hanging around!

I wish I could wear that, but since I am on the border of "petite" and "regular," I know I would look horrible. But I long for those cute outfits!
