I've never done a blog carnival, but when I saw that today's Photo Friday is where you'd like to be, I knew immediately.
Where I'd be today if I could: Sinkyone Wilderness State Park in northern California.
I've never been there, but after reading about it in National Geographic Adventure magazine, I just knew I must make a pilgrimage there at least once in my life.
Has anyone been there? Please, please tell me it's even better than all the photos I've seen and the article I read.....

I've never been there but I'd love to check it out. I'd especially love seeing those dueling warthogs!
Is this close to Humboldt County...we drove through on our trip from Alaska to S. Cali and I loved how you could go from HUGE redwoods to the beach in a matter of miles...beautiful!!

I haven't been there, but I *have* been to Redwoods State Park also in Northern California. It's incredible. Northern California is GORGEOUS!
It looks positively GORGEOUS! I've never heard of it. I'll have to go check it out. :D
