Had I been asked this I would have been able to respond 'Yes, because all my real friends made me hot meals instead of standing there asking me if I have been able to eat one!' ;)
No, I haven't had a hot meal in the last 7 weeks! For some reason the baby always needs to nurse at dinner time. I complained about it the other day and my husband siad I should just ask for him to take the baby. If I have to ask then I feel like he's doing me a favor (why are women like this?).
He insisted I eat first last night. Wow, food tastes a lot better when its hot.
Good one Annie! Although I've had several offers of hot food and haven't accepted them
I love your answer. fortunately, my husband is an excellent cook. Unfortunately, my babies had impeccible timing and liked to wake up as the meal came out of the oven. :) Well, they grew up, and he's still a good cook.
Ha! I don't get this one very often since people who know me IRL know I don't cook. So unless by "hot" you mean "microwaved," then the question doesn't apply!
I do, however, get, "So, is working from home and caring for a baby at the same time difficult?" To which I reply, "No, of course not. Wherever would you get that idea?" Duh!

Nope! Because I sure-as-hell don't feel like cooking one seconds post-partum!
(Ditto Annie: I had some great friends provide meals for me. Why taunt when you could help?)
